For travellers
1. Find the right guide
Search by Emirate or landmark, then filter by language, type of experience, price and rating. Every profile shows the guide’s background, the places they cover, their tours and reviews from travellers who have completed a tour with them.
2. Pick a date, time and group size
Each tour shows live availability. Choose a start time, tell us how many people are coming and see the total price before you pay — no hidden fees. Some tours are confirmed instantly; others are “request to book”, where the guide confirms within 24 hours.
3. Pay securely
Payment is processed securely in UAE dirhams (AED). You pay Gulf Tourism (GU LF Tourism Guidance Services L.L.C) directly and receive an invoice and receipt in our name — we are the merchant of record and handle any refunds.
4. Meet your guide and explore
You will receive a confirmation email with your guide’s name, contact number and meeting point. After the tour, we will invite you to leave a review to help other travellers.
Changed your plans?
Cancel from My Account → My bookings up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. If a guide declines or does not respond to a request, you are refunded in full automatically. See our cancellation policy.
For guides
1. Create your profile
Sign up free, add a photo, a short bio, the languages you speak and the places you cover.
2. Get verified
Upload your Emirates ID and your valid tour guide licence. Documents are stored privately and seen only by our verification team. Most applications are reviewed within two working days.
3. Publish your tours
Set your price (per person or per private group), duration, maximum group size, weekly start times, days off and how much notice you need. You stay in control of your calendar.
4. Get paid
When a tour is completed, your earnings (after our commission) are added to your balance. After a short holding period you can request a payout to your UAE bank account from your dashboard.
